Adventures in Drive Ins

Last night Chad and I saw our first new release movies since baby was born: The Dark Knight and Wall-E. It was an impossible to pass up a double-feature of two of the highest ranked movies on the tomatometer (94% and 97% respectively) at Bengie's Drive-In which has a lot of rules.

I think we were both a bit distracted during Wall-E because we were getting settled, and I'd probably want to see it again on DVD since I feel like I missed out on the nuances of some of the artwork. By the time Dark Knight rolled around, Ripley was snoozing so we did get to focus. And like the reviews say, it was an incredibly serious movie, but we both did like it.

I think we'd go back again, if the double-feature was right.
